Store was clean and well organized. Some employs had horrible attitudes to the point where the person purchasing shoes in front of me asked how much is my total they told her to look at the screen unacceptable maybe she shouldn't be a cashier if she can't even give a total I stayed because my daughter really wanted the shoes I got her but the girl did give me my total if she would have told be look at the screen I for sure would have left with a dissapointed daughter and I would have been mad but would have walked away.
I walked in once they were open at 10am on march 11, 2023 and the head manager with brown hair and was on the chubby side instantly had an attitude . She was very rude and unprofessional. I just stated I didn’t know that the shoes were only reserved on the app . As a manager I expected her to be more professional. I’ve worked in costumer service for over five years and have never experienced anyone act like that.
Great Service!! The woman who helped us Barbara did such a wonderful job in customer service. Great job on the upsell which I did end buying overall a great experience.She did also made sure to greet every customer as they entered while still giving us exceptional service!
Went in to get my son a new pair of shoes. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Never going back Went there one day after work my my teenage boys The little girl who worked there was so rude and nasty I came there to spend $500 on shoes and left with nothing, no way I was gonna purchase anything after being treated like trash

The worst experience. I asked for a price match and for my shoe size. Seller said we have your shoe size just need u to show proof pic for price match and once I showed pic “sorry we no longer have your size” but a min ago u said you did. I guess that’s how they make money. They refuse to sell due to price matching unbelievable!
Azerenia was extremely helpful. She gave great advice and is very passionate about her job. She helped me sign up for rewards program and showed me that i can merge them with other reward programs which i had no idea you can do. Definately coming back!
