I wish I would have found this store years ago I have gained wright over years and couldn't find nice clothes to fit I walked in this store and found glory. They helped me look for a beautiful attire for a Quince and Denise helped me find my bra size cause m u bras were not doing there job. There coupins and app are great and there sales
I love Torrid because it has clothes, jewelry, shoes and other accessories that are fun, trendy, and casual but also formal, dress and business attire especially online. This was a small/medium store but had a big variety/good selection. I always go straight to their clearance section where I can usually find an awesome deal especially when you combine it with using rewards. Otherwise I can see where some would consider them pricy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Special shout out to the cashier/ assistant who came to find me in the food court when I left my ship to store pickup item on the counter. This is only my 2nd time at this location but I will be back!

A great store for plus size women, w/ styles that will make U feel / look Sexy & Confident. They also give torrid cash as a reward that can be used for more purchases. It's a Win Win All Around especially w/ the buy online pick-up in store options.
Jasmine is amazing, but Megan is such a vibe kill ! My sister went shopping today, as my obsession with Torrid is rubbing off on her, and she told it's was egh and she felt like the rep didn't want to help her or didn't care to help her and I automatically knew who she was talking about. I used to walk in and be greeted, explained promos, etc.. and these last few months she's been there are soo bleek, I'd rather order online than stop in.

I was returning blouse. I couldn't find anything for the price, but with Jasmine, she was great she went above and beyond to help me. Jasmine.keep up the good work and that smile and very helpful. Thank you
When I entered the store I asked if fitting rooms were available. I was told yes & you may try on up to 10 items. I took 2 items in & selected 1 to purchase. The jeans were on clearance & the special was buy 1 get 1 free. I selected 2 more items to try on. I went back to the clearance rack once more & a different associate berated me for using the fitting room more than once. I told her I wasn't aware that you could only go in 1 time. She said the other girl told you & I heard her! I explained that it was my 1st time in the store & I was unsure of the sizing & was trying to select a 2nd item. I left with only 1 item & will not be back.
Sales associate was great! She greeted me when I came in,help me with my orderand by the way she was helping others as well. Then she told me about the discount in the store and and by my order coming to store I get a additional discount.
I used to enjoy coming to this store, but not so much anymore. My last experience here wasn't pleasant. Myself and a few other customers were ignored. No one asked me if I needed help. When I asked for a sales associate to help me get an item down, she disappeared for a long time. Couldn't get any help with shoes. Wasn't able to get a dressing room. The store was messy. I saw clothes on the floor, people were stepping on them. Clothes kicked under racks.I wouldn't buy clothes like that. And the prices seem to keep going up at. Very expensive store for poor quality clothes.Eventually I put the stuff I wanted to try on aside and I left the store. I rather take my business elsewhere where I'm not ignored.
