Very poor customer service. Manager was so rude after I walked in returning a pair of shoes I bought there. The problem at first was that they couldn’t refund me the money and they put it on a gift card. Mind you I walked in with 2 debit cards and a foot locker gift card. Apparently their system wouldn’t let them put the money back on the debit card for whatever reason so at this moment I’m a little upset because I had no use for the gift card they were giving me in return. I planned on using my money elsewhere. So when I spoke to the manger on shift she told me there was nothing else she could do. When I asked if I could speak to someone who was above her she quickly got an attitude telling me that there was no one above her and that she was the head manager in charge. When I asked her for her name she went to telling me she didn’t have to give me her name and so when I asked the other two employees standing there next to us, who the supervisor was or who was a over the manager she went to yelling at them telling them no to answer my questions and that they didn’t have to answer my questions. So I proceeded to tell her I would call corporate and speak to someone there. From that moment she went to yelling again telling me she didn’t have to deal with that kind of behavior and called security to try and get me escorted out of the store. By then I was walking out and told her I would just file a complaint. But when I tell you this is the worse customer service I’ve ever gotten this is the one. Prior to that my wife had walked in to the store to try and make the return for me at first and this manger just so happen to be arguing with the manager from the previous shift about a pay raise and so she was already upset. So I guess she chose to take it out on me.
I bought a pair of Nike Free 5.0 on 4/9/14. I wore them in the store and then a couple hours at home inside! Their manager refused to exchange them! They aren't dirty or scuffed as though he claimed them to be. I compared them to the same shoe on display and they look no different! I called Lady Foot Locker customer service and they will only reimburse me if the shoe has a defect and were going to charge me shipping to send them in! Are you kidding me! The shoe doens't fit, is too tight but I was in a rush and they were comfortable in the store. You can bet that I will NEVER shop Lady Foot Locker again for their lack of customer service and hostility only repeating what someone else told them to say. I worked in retail for 5 years including shoe sales and the customer is always right and should always leave happy. I will be telling all my friends, family and co-workers to stay away from Lady Foot Locker. I would suggest you do the same!
Ok, so I go to the kids foot locker located in College Station TX we live in Houston Tx purchase shoes for my children. We have a members VIP... we have never had any issues with any of these stores before. So we come back home after a long weekend of shopping for school clothes and what-nots, anyways, my children are excited for first day of school and obviously to wear the new clothes and shoes only to find out this mornin that one pair of shoes isn't exactly "a pair of shoes".. it is in fact two left shoes!!! Now I didn't think to check before we left the store since they were double checked by the lady who helped us & also by the cashier, who by the way turned out to be very rude and unprofessional!.. I try to settle this issue here in Houston but the store manager refused to help me out with the excuse that it would mess up their inventory and suggested that I should talk to the manager in College Station tx. I give them a call only to be told that I need to drive back to THAT store and have them exchanged!!... no apologies, no other way around this!!! And only to make this story better... THE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL CASHIER FROM THAT STORE IS IN FACT THE STORE MANAGER!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL WE PURCHASE FROM THIS CHAIN STORE AND WE WILL BE CANCELING OUR VIP MEMBERSHIP!!!
In the last month i have purchased 2 pairs of sneakers from F.L. in this Mall. One pair of Vans, one pair of Jordans. I was helped by the nicest, most patient girls who really stuck their necks out to help me when i felt like i was being a pain in the butt customer, unintentionally lol.. whatever your hiring process is, keep it up. Oh and i also purchased another pair of Jordans a week before Christmas 2018 and again a week before school started in aug.2018. Both of those times i was met with lovely associates .. Thanks for always being patient with me n my kids.
We were just browsing, can't remember being greeted but they were making may sales. Saw a lot of new cool Nike's and Addidas with new color combinations. There's a Star wars themed shoe.
Everytime I go to this damn store I get no help and today 4 people standing around talking.... Customer service is NOT their expertise. They just lost yet again lost another sale today!
My family and I always get good service here. Most of the staff remember us, when we go in the store. Even when it's busy, we get attended to right away
I needed new shoes for walking, jogging and gym workouts and they were not helpful at all and did not offer suggestions. All of the crew seemed as though they didn't want to be there, or in fact they didn't know anything.
