Great service..I had gone to return a pair of Uggs that my daughter bought which were too small..& my son found WHITE CROCS after searching for them in SO many stores. The young lady whom helped us.. was very kind & patient while my son tried on a few sizes. We did the return & bought the Crocs. We will def be returning. Employee # ending in 812. Keep up the great work & thanx so much!
Only rating 1 because I can’t rate them 0. Bought shoes last weekend. Never worn them. Would not exchange them they are too big. They offered a store credit. So when I went to buy new shoes with the credit I still had 5 dollars left over and they would not give me the 5 dollars. They wanted to sale me another pair of shoes that I didn’t want. Manager then got smart with my husband and I and exchanged choice words. Will never go back there again. And 10/10 would not recommend this place to anyone.
Employee behind the register did not where a mask until the mall cop walked by and told her otherwise. Her coworker was rude to me when I asked about any sales or promotions currently available. None of the three employees were interested in assisting me in purchasing a new pair of shoes. If there wasn't any discount available I would have walked out immediately. Horrible service, will not come again.
Walked in & there were 2 employees standing behind the register doing absolutely nothing. We had to walk up to them to get help & once we did the guy that helped us was very rude. He got the shoes I asked for & hardly communicated; after that I needed to ask a question about the fit of the shoes, so I stood a few feet away from the register waiting for one of them to see me and understand that I needed help. The two employees just stood there & both saw me, once again I had to go up to them when they weren’t doing anything to get help. Anyways they ended up not having the right type of fit for me. Also there were only about five customers in there other than me.
Appreciated the kindness and customer service. I bought a pair of shoes that were too small and I went in to exchange them to a bigger size with no issue. Thank you!
I purchased a pair of shoes today from Journeys but I’m very disappointed with the lack of service. First off, as soon as I entered the store every employee looked at me as if I weren’t there to purchase anything. I was searching for a pair of converse in a navy color but, not one employee helped me find the shoes I was looking for. There was even an employee literally on her phone the entire time standing in the middle of the store with several customers around and other employees just standing there. I would have appreciated it if someone would have asked me, "Can I help you find something?" I have always purchased shoes from this store and had a very pleasant experience but, this time I’m very disappointed.
The variety of merchandise at this location is great and the staff was very helpful in product selection. I definitely, appreciated the vast variety of Timberlands that they had in stock as well as accessories. Helpful hint: this location gives a military discount with proof of service, i.e. military I.D.
We walked in and immediately had someone wait on us. Not Just one but every single employee was quick to want to help and had a smile. Left that store and went to Champs.....Not one employee even spoke to us... Good job night crew!!!
They didn't have the shoe I wanted in store but they took the time to look up several shoes till we found the right one they had them shipped to my house and they arrived in just a few days
