Went there 5 in the evening to exchange a pair of shoes my son bought. The store seemed closed but then we saw employees in there sitting and chatting. The hour of operation says closing at 8pm. So we asked what time they open back and one employee said they can't say a time.
The young lady from the front desk was rude. I was planning on buying four pairs of tenni shoes for my kids back to school i ended up buying nothing because of her attitude... plus every shoe i would ask her if she could look for, she would just say she didnt have any. Which made me think that she didnt put the effort to actually look for the pair
Just got back from shopping at Lakeline Mall, and hit up the Footlocker looking for some new Kicks, since my foot is real wide its real tough to find the ultra wide 4x sizing. Although I couldnt find it here, I left here knowing exactly which shoe fit and felt good, as well as got a look at some workout gear and short for upcoming exercising.
Very rude customer service don’t waste your time and money here very rude
Lowest rated Foot Locker in town. Now I know why. Low level customer experience. I won't ever spend a penny there but will go back to teach, train & show that poor girl what customer service is.
Came here to shop for some new shoes and was greeted and helped out by the most friendly and well mannered staff I have ever seen in a retail store. I was asked by multiple people if I needed help, even when a young man was already grabbing me my shoes. I tried my shoes on and was happy but I wanted to check the finish line upstairs for pricing. Said I would be back but ended up coming back to Foot Locker since they had the better price. The employee that helped me out remembered me and my shoes and my size that he put back after I left so he was quick to bring them back out. They rang up even cheaper than the tag said they were on the shelf which was awesome. All in all a great visit.
The staff member helping my friend and I gave my friend the wrong size despite being told it wouldn’t fit then refused to give a military discount or compensation because she “couldn’t figure it out”. Made something that could’ve been simple so much more complicated
Unhelpful and rude sales reps., save yourself the frustration and go anywhere but to this location.
They love to see me coming! They know I'm going to spend a lot with Twin boys and one daughter, lol! They always give us good customer service and with a smile!!! Say cheese!!!
Called to see if they had the Puma RS-X Transformers shoes in my size. Lady who answered was rude and said they "don't carry Puma" even though these shoes are Foot Locker exclusives. Hung up and called the Capital Plaza store and the person who answered was way more helpful so I will be shopping there.
