BrowzandHenna Lakeline Mall

Just got back from visiting Lakeline Mall and we stopped in Browz & Henna to check out their salon services, but we didnt know they also provide Henna tattoos which was cool. The wait for a walkin was not for our schedule, however if we had planned ahead it would have made for a good trip to get Eyebrows down for an upcoming social event, staff seemed nice which was great.

I came here an hour before closing to get henna done and it was honestly not a good job at all. I was the only one there and she rushed through it doing a very poor job. I think she assumed I had never had it done before and wouldn't notice the difference, but that couldn't have been farther from the truth. I would not recommend going to her for henna.

Do not recommend this place unless you want to come out with different shaped eyebrows. My eyebrows are naturally thick and I told the woman doing my brows to keep them as thick as possible. When I looked in the mirror my brows were crazy thin and my left brow was left way shorter than my right brow. I told the woman that that wasn't what I asked for and she still had the guts to argue with me. I would've been better off going elsewhere or doing them myself. When I paid, she was looking over my shoulder waiting for me to tip but I did not leave a tip. She got mad and began talking mess with her coworker, never going back.

I have been there only bcoz i had to spend my $50 card which i recharged unfortunately for browz and henna. Finally, i decided to discard the money whatever left over in my card than going in there. I don’t recommend Browz and henna. The lady was much interested for tips than her work getting done better. The worst experience i have ever had. She ruined my eyebrow shape and tomorrow’s party look

This was the worst service I have ever received!! Do not get your eyebrows threaded here. I have thick eyebrows that I just wanted cleaned up and I walked out with them super thin. When I told the lady this she tried to say they weren’t thin at all. She literally did them in 2 minutes. They are in a rush and very rude. Now I have to let them grow out to fix them

I love going here but only when the owner is there. She’s the only one who can do my eyebrows well. Everyone else leaves a bunch of hairs around. It really frustrates me. I know a good job can be done but they don’t want to take the time.

Nasim threaded my eyebrows today 02/24/16 and she did a wonderful job. I told her I like my eyebrows thick. My eyebrows were perfect when she finished. I'll definitely be back.
