This place is HORRIBLE. African American lady who works there no customer service whatsoever. HORRIBLE!
1 I walked in to the store and the employee didn't acknowledge me or ever offered any help or assistance 2 He was to busy making other side business with another customer about reselling shoes and how he can save him a couple of pairs of limited releases 3 I came back hoping someone would help me out or offer me assistance on the pairs of shoes I wanted to get, but the same employee was swapping numbers and talking with the same customer about non work related subject so I stand right in front of them hoping that they'll end their conversation and but the employee still didn't acknowledge me 4 I walked right out and decided to not purchase shoes anymore since I was extremely upset after the employee had me wait for nothing 5 I was going to spend a little over $900 on me, my children and my wife if the employee would've took a few minutes of his time and helped me out instead of pretending customers don't exist, any other angry customer could've simply grabbed what they wanted and walked right out and he probably would've never acknowledge it P.s. I will be contacting corporate about this situation, and please hire more professional people so this type of situation will not happen again
Tiarah was very kind and helped answer my customer service questions. She did her best to figure out a solution for me and was very professional! The shoe selection is always on point too!
I asked a store associate to hold a shoe for me. They said they could no problem but only for an hour. 30 min later I came back and they sold it. The reason they gave me was that it was in high demand. What's the point of saying you hold shoes for an hour but then not doing it? What's the point of having a policy but not enforcing it? Just dont tell customers you hold shoes if you dont.
Nope don't even get me started they lied about the time they sell the shoes it supposedly started at 8 but when i got there the sizes they had were trash, plus they didn't have my size horrible customer service.
This place has a variety of shoes and has a lot, that the other stores don't carry. The customer service is great and your always greeted with a friendly attitude. I like that this store is clean and has everything organized.
They don't have the size shoe we are looking for in a specific shoe. But Federico and the other employees were very helpful.
Great customer service! Awesome team
My grand kids like to go buy his shoes in that place
