The options are great, Women's sizes are offered as high as 12 and 13 in some selections. The fact that these sizes are available on the floor is a major convenience! They even have wide options available where they are offered. Staff are readily available for assistance, although they have it set up so it's easy to help yourself too.
Yesterday, my friends and I visited this store and unfortunately, we felt as though we were being racially profiled. A staff member made comments such as "Don't be stealing" and "You all only have 5 minutes to shop." We would appreciate it if this matter could be addressed to ensure a more welcoming environment for all customers. Thank you.
Yesterday evening, my friends and I planned to buy some shoes, but unfortunately, we experienced racial profiling. We were given a time limit of 5 minutes to shop, which made me feel unwelcome and reluctant to spend my money there. Regardless of my age, as a paying customer, I believe I should be treated with respect. Even before we entered the store, we were told not to "don’t come in here playing." Following this incident, we decided to leave, and as we were exiting, we noticed the entire staff staring at us.
HAD CONSTRUCTION WORKERS IN THERE THAT WITNESSED THE WHOLE THING, HE SAID THAT JIS CREW HAVE BEEN HAVING A LOT OF PROBLEMS WITH THE SAME EMPLOYEES JUST TRYING TO DO THEIR JOB!! I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS PARTICULAR DEPARTMENT STORE!HORRIBLE, OBNOXIOUS AND VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES THAT ARE WORKING HERE! The inside of the store is under construction which did not bother us as customers what is bothering me is the fact that the employees accused NOT ONCE but TWICE in my face that my 4 yr old knocked over a stack of boxes that was ALREADY KNOCKED OVER ALL OVER THE FLOOR when I walked around the show aisle with my son right there with me! Nobody would review the video therefore NO ONE GIVE ME AND MY SON THE APOLOGY THAT THAT WE DESERVED! While we finished up our shopping I had to overhear the employees making rude and accusing remarks amongst themselves about and my son! The Manager was no better than the RUDE GIRL THAT GOT IN MY FACE ACCUSING MY SON OF MAKING THE ALREADY EXISTING MESS!
Not happy with results of my resent visit. Charging me 69.99 and all said 64.99. Customers watch your receipts!!
They were extremely busy and slightly understaffed. I waited in line for quite awhile. I had my littles and they were being savages, trying to destroy like, everything. Once I got up to pay, the person was very polite and friendly. Rang up my shoes told me the price very low I paid, said tysm and left. I'd definitely go back bc although the line was long the price was worth it.
I haven't been there in a while, but I do love this place. They have so many shoes to choose from. I bought 2 pair of sandals, 1 pair of boots, a purse & a wallet. All that for $120.00. Wow. You can't go anywhere else and get a deal like that. If you need shoes or a purse you seriously need to go to Shoe Dept. Encore. You will be glad you did.
I love this store my favorite shoe store .This store has all your latest styles. It is very organized, the store manager Dana is always going out of her way to help you find or ordering you what you need.
Store is well stocked with a wide variety of shoes. Found what I was looking for easily and check out was quick and sales associate was polite and efficient. I highly recommend this store to other shoppers in Hammond La
They had every shoe I was looking for. Always in My Shoe size.
