My husband purchase shoes from this store. I brought them back because they are to small both pairs. One pair they would take back the other pair they will not. Then they told me since no receipt they one take one pair back but not the other. No management just children.makes me sick that we spend money on these shoes and can't even wear them at all.
I when into the store in Statesville NC and 4 people was working at the store. The two kids working behind the desk i had to ask Numerous times for help and assistance I wanted a pair of shoes he gave me the shoes at the dis and never came nowhere close to where I was gone to try the shoes on I had to Bagged for help and never offered me a shoe horn to Slide the shoes on. Finally the man sitting down on a box said he was the store manager chris and became to A meeting Lee screen and be Room with me saying the key it was dawn everything he was supposed to do without him trying to resolve the issue I got up and walked out
Extremely friendly. I don't normally have such nice customer service. Good selection, and helpful. Another great experience!
It 10:06 and it's not open. Just because the mall is not the best or non existent doesnt mean that a multi billion dollar company cant be open ON TIME. What are we doing?
