I’ve loved this store for many years, all of the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They always work hard to help me find the correct pair of shoes Brooks and insoles!
Customer service is impeccable, Rusty made me feel heard and important. He went out of his way to make sure I walked out with the right pair of shoes. Great people and a huge selection.
Wonderful experience. Knew just how to fit my "difficult to fit" feet. Excellent inventory and selection of high end products. This is service like you won't find in a big box store.
Pretty good shoe selection and Alise is very helpful.she seems to have a very good working knowledge of bracing and how to work with it for shoes.
Great place!!! Owners are so knowledgeable when it comes to fitting shoes. I take the elderly gentleman there every 2 years who is unstable and walks with a cane. We just visited today. Also, they have a charity organization where you can donate your old shoes and they take them to Africa where they are much needed.

One of those quaint, family owned businesses you are just glad you found. McLelland's has been around for quite a while. I can't remember the last time I bought a pair of shoes that were sized just for me. A bit pricey, but worth it. My feet feel amazing in my Brooks. I walk a lot with my job. They do have a rewards program that will net you a free pair of shoes for customer loyalty. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Worth it!
My initial review wasn't favorable, but after my initial appointment for diabetic shoes, I can see why it took so long. I changed my review from 1 star to 5 stars because they took the time to make sure I was well taken care of and explain the entire process with insurance and ordering the shoes. There was a wide variety of shoes to choose from and I'm with the overall process.
Such a great experience after shopping at chain stores for years! I stopped in for a quick fitting as I started a job that has me on my feet for 12 hours a day. The gentleman there was kind, patient, and friendly, and did not pressure me to make a sale. The shoes I had selected were slightly out of budget, but I will certainly be back to make a purchase before the end of the month!
The McLellands are a great family business. They carry quality shoes for every age. They personally fit their shoes for each person and keep a computer record of all their sales including brand and size. We have been going there since our children were little and we highly recommend them.
