Dr. Jahovic is awesome! He took the time to make sure I was getting the best prescription for my eyes and to answer all of my questions/concerns thoroughly. Katelynn is amazing as well! She helped me with picking out my glasses and getting everything like eye distance measured accurately so my lenses will be made perfectly. The rest of the staff are also amazing, so friendly and cheerful! They made sure any questions I had were answered while I waited to get my eye exam done.
Well I really don’t have a great review. I had an appointment for October 1. I was told that I had cataract in my left eye. I was also told to go and see a specialist which I did. Now first of all my income is very limited. I went to see a specialist and I was told that my eyes were fine. Money wasted on specialist. I’ve been to your establishment before and I never had a problem.
I went to pick up my new pair of glasses I had orderd . Amy “the manager” was great. The adjustments she made were spot on. I recommend her for your optical needs..
Katelynn was AMAZING! Needed new contacts and she had my in and out very quickly! She even remembered me when I picked up the contacts! Put a smile on my face because I work in customer care and try to remember my customers faces and what they are looking for! Great Job Katelynn.
My mother and I each got glasses from here. Their $79 frames turned into $600 each. Here we are 6 months later and neither of us can see through the glasses we ordered. I thought this was going to save me money and instead I wasted $1200 and still can't see. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the girl who helped us was very nice.
I have been Going to 4 Eyes for many years. Amy and Samantha always help pick out my frames. They are awesome. I am very pleased with Dr Jahovic and the staff
Doctor is thorough and not pushy. Well staffed. Nice selection of frames. What more can you ask for. Today's visit, Zhane was on her game.
The doctor J is very professional and seems to actually care about his patients. His receptionist, Ms Marnita Scott, is equally as professional and very thoughtful as well. I wouldn't take my business anywhere else than this location.
becky and i were glad to find amy and her staff, now at the highland for eyes location, and also dr jahovic. they have all helped us many times before and we always have a pleasant experience. not only are they friendly and helpful but they also work hard to find the best solution for our needs and the best price offers too.
Love how the Doctor and staff was very helpful especially Amy . Staff had a hard time looking up my insurance and Amy was able to figure it out and look up my insurance and see what it covered thank you Amy .
