Great lil country store. Meats cheeses eggs, sausages, local stuff. Perfect for the campground resupply runs. Nice family owned store :
Love this place, what can I say!? I'm a local and this is a very reputable family ran gas station and sub shop in our town! I eat their tuna cosmo with extra pickles at least twice a week. Best thing is, they already know my exact sub order as soon as they know that a sub is being ordered for me. They have corrected my sub several times already without needing to ask the person ordering for me if they messed up, they already knew! Love love love this place!
I just love this place the service is excellent the owners are wonderful people and they have great food and grocerys
The only downside to this store is that it is a little small. Otherwise it is great to stop at on your way up the mountain. Or to grab a bite to eat fresh made Hoagies are great! I recommend the regular! Very nice staff!
I'm a customer from back when Kermy owned and operated this store! I remember him telling you to "go ahead" through the little window to pump gas! I love that the owners through the years and now, Ron and Heather have kept the creeky old wood floors! The subs are fantastic from here! And they always seem to have whatever it is your looking for!
Staff are always friendly and welcoming, Small town family feel. The subs whether I order hot/cold are always on point. My family orders from here quite often. Continuing/repeat customers
Nice little store has great subs, sweet young lady served us and was very nice, we enjoyed the little country store and diesel was cheaper than other stations in the area for our RV, we will definitely be visiting again soon
The forest hill store will always have a special place in my heart. I walked there as a kid on summer days to buy a lot of cheap candy and later for subs. They make the best subs in the area. The subs are a bit more expensive these days but still better then subway.
Placed my order and waited a long time for my sandwich. The guy after me ordered the same sandwich but received his first. From the conversation they were having it was apparent that he is friends with the person working there. When I asked about why he got his sandwich before me when I ordered at least 5 minutes before him. I was told he didn't know he needed a large sandwich. I don't know how he wouldn't know that when he is the one that took my order. I will take my business elsewhere from now on.
Great little country store. Friendly staff. The hoagies are full and taste amazing...try a cheesesteak you won't regret it!
