Honestly this is a great store to me. It usually has a very colorful variety of items in the clearance section.It has a very modern trendy female look to it. Many of the things in this store are cropped. Although not everything,as there are some sweatshirts hoodies t-shirts and skirts and pants that are not.you can usually find one design and many items and mix and match and pear things together. They also have some cute tote bags near the cash register for you to purchase and save the environment.It is very popular among the teens through 28.Hence the name forever 21.If you are young or not allow you to wear crop tops you may not find many things in the store.If you are don't like crop tops in general then this may not be the place for you but if you like that kind of stuff and you love skirts, jeans, and stuff that's constantly on sale then this is for you my friend.
Zero staff interaction, was at this store shopping for a Christmas gift for my friend. I clearly am not a Forever 21 customer because they don't carry anything beyond xl so nobody ever came up to try and assist us in a purchase. All good we left without purchasing
Wasn't greeted when I walked in the store. That's a major deal breaker for me. If I come into your establishment, and you don't acknowledge me, greet me, I will happily spend my money elsewhere.
I liked it. I was greeted. It is bright and clean. Forever 21 in great lakes crossing is an absolute mess. It is like night and day between the two stores.
I got a super cute crop top and some pants and I was so happy with how it looked on me!
