Welcome to Forever CrossFit in the heart of Watertown, Massachussets! In the simplest terms, CrossFit is an incredibly effective strength and conditioning program. The CrossFit Method will prepare you for life and sport better than any other training regimen in existence today. CrossFit delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing.
Our coaches are CrossFit certified and are here to help you reach your fitness goals. Whether you would like to get stronger, faster, more flexible, or dial in your nutrition, we are here to take you to the next level. We train athletes from any background and any fitness level. We are here to help you, teach you, and motivate you.
If you are a CrossFitter looking for a new home, we would like to extend an invitation for you to try one of our classes for free. We are completely confident that once you have experienced our comfortable atmosphere, superior coaching and member camaraderie you will soon want to be part of our Forever CrossFit Family!
If you are new to CrossFit we invite you to schedule one of our Free Intro Classes on Tuesday or Saturday. Remember, this class will be scaled to your individual fitness level and you will receive tremendous support from our coaching staff. We promise that you will quickly see why people just like you are successful in our program!
