I have a passion for health and wellness with a special interest in training and nutrition. I am a mother of one son and a registered nurse since 1997. I became an avid runner in 2009 and have competed in figure competitions, where I placed in several divisions through the Natural Muscle Federation. Health and fitness are an integral part of my life and I became a certified personal trainer so that I could share my passion with others. My goals as your personal trainer are to design an individualized program to assist you in achieving your health and wellness goals, whatever they may be, and to share my knowledge and experience with you so that you can obtain optimal health and well-being.
