Was a pretty good gym cost wise for there equipment and it be 24/7. Was going for about half a year I’d say probably little more really did enjoy it made some gym buddies. Sadly though the co-owner is completely bias on how she handles business. I was banned for not evening be part of a situation or having involvement with it, but because the girl who mentioned my namewho I never had problems with or talked to in the gym knew I was friends with who she got in a argument with so because she’s friends with the owner and a long time customer they decided to just ban me. Tried talking to the a owner who could do something about me being banned but didn’t even give me time of day to explain there reasoning for banning me without me knowing. They didn’t even give an actual plausible good reason just did it because there long time customer said my name. I was not the only one banned for not even being involved too. On the reply below, I brought in 1 guy who from my knowledge had a membership 2 friends visiting from California to sign day passes but you guys closed early so I figured what’s harm in showing them around with quick workout. I agree definitely wasn’t the right decision and I understand that but like you said we talked about it and made peace you even talked to them for a while had them sign waivers and made some friendly banter. If there was anytime to rightfully ban me it should have been in that moment not down the road. So again if that’s your case for banning me without reaching out or giving any kind of notification so be it. Keeping the vibe right though would have been putting that extra milestone to truly hear both storiesreally look through footage not just where she wanted you to start it not just one person who was actually the problem with solid proof and police cases to prove it against her and has mentioned doing some interesting activities in your place of business. Sad that it was truly bias. Good luck with your many business though

A great gym!! Been a member of a lot of gyms and this is the best by far!! It’s like having your own private gym! Clean and heaps of great equipment. Owners are so very nice and personable!! Highly recommended
Great Place! Small, grunge style, old school. This place isn't for the yuppies, it's for people who want to work out, get results, learn techniques and not get bothered during a workout. It's a great price , convenient location and 24/7 access to members.
One of the best places for a work out. Stellar customer service standards. For Long Distance Campers and Drivers : Within walking distance of Loves and Flying J Travel Plazas. If you are looking for a quick workout while on the go, look no further. This is it. Just park your vehicle at one of the travel Plazas and enjoy a stellar workout experience. Has all the equipment for powerlifting. Clean showers and restrooms. Solid steel weights. I am compelled to give it a top 5 star rating on all counts. Whenever I drive through I-90 Post Falls, ID I would be compelled to visit again. Wishing Forge Fitness every success in their business endeavors. HUSSAIN
Good vibes, laid back, a great variety of machines and free weights as well as cardio options. great place to get in a good workout.
This place is perfect! The hours are awesome its 24/7 to members. Good security, clean, awesome staff, super knowledgeable and really help learning new routines and techniques. Dont waste your money anywhere else, this place is affordable and reasonable for access that is convenient. Small business, locally owned and family operated. The right type of environment for working out. Good people and they have a new system that allows you to sign up and get in from your phone. Definitely nice for people with different hours in their schedule.
Not professional, unsanitary, unsafe, outdated equipment, unacknowledged staff/owners and will NOT be recommending this gym.
My Husband and I drive long distance and we are always looking for a place to Workout. We stopped by not knowing how this place would be and we were Surprised to say the least!!! This Gym is Amazing! It is very clean, has plenty of Equipment and has an Old School feel! The Owner was very nice and made us feel like Family! We will definitely be back!!!!!!
Excellent gym! Would highly recommend this place. Love the smaller gym atmosphere. I can really focus on my workouts and not get distracted. Very friendly and easy to approach staff. Never have to wait for equipment. Very happy with this place!
