Love their merchandise love the prices can't complain just love Forman Mills great place to shop great customer service security guard very helpful I believe his name is kris very helpful in helping you with the little cart and making sure you be safe coming in and out but they do need some shopping carts especially when you bringing your kids they need to be seated in a shopping cart they don't have any my understanding is because people takes them people need to stop taking things that don't belong to them they make it hard for the good customers that comes in there

Over rated. Just because they have a lot of cheap clothing! Prices should be lower. Also rude customer service chick, very disrespectful when I asked her how I was going to access skin care aile once she blocked it with a huge stocking cart .

Workers just talking not even helping everything is just put together by color or brand. All sizes are just mixed and matched 3 employees and all behind the same register just talking and on the phone

This place used to be my go to for jackets and sweaters, the clothes quality is not what it use to be. Perfumes and pricing is great though.

very clean and clothes are very trendy.. Employees were helpful and pleasant. they also carry to 6x for men and some bigger and the same for women..prices are very reasonable but there are many things that you can find at Marshall's for a few dollars cheaper. They carry Champion Puma, Nike, and Nickelodeon. some really cute cultural things as well...And some really great clerance items...Fun trip

It was a welcome change from weekends. Wasn't crowded but the cashier was a little chatty slight delay, Doable. There's three things about every Forman Mills is that they are: -- not handicapped friendly within -- Good lawd! have they went up on some of their prices so beware ----Remember weekdays are better

My favorite store since living in Franklin Park. I always love their selection and low prices. Kids grow so fast and I am a person who buys a shirt and will probably not use it again. Perfect store to shop for a one time wear outfit.

They lack knowledge and communication of their own hours. I get off work at 6pm so I called asking for their fitting room hours and I was told fitting room was open til 7:30. I get there way before that and the fitting room was blocked off. I found some girl with a ghetto attitude claiming she was “in charge” and that whoever told me the fitting rooms closes at 7:30 “doesn’t know what they’re talking about.” It’s kind of an inconvenience to purchase clothes without knowing how they fit. Be more clear about your hours and hire employees that aren’t miserable.
