An exceptionally clean, welcoming studio. I’ve had two sessions getting tattooed by Arin who is always professional and safety focused. I had some intense black work done and he was conscious of my comfort and limits the entire time. I left the shop knowing exactly how to care for my tattoo, and it has been healing well!  The other artists in the shop are equally kind and welcoming, and as a queer person I felt very safe at this shop. 10/10 will recommend to anyone I know looking for body art.Service:&nbsp;Abstract tattoos

I had made an appointment for my birthday September 1st weeks ago and through email I was told there was an opening for September 1st at 12:30 with an artist named Rose. I show up to my appointment and say “I’m here for my appointment” and the woman begins to argue with me that my appointment wasn’t for September 1st and that it was for the next day Saturday and proceeded to have an attitude with me when I was being polite with her. I end up pulling up the email I received and proved that I was correct then she basically tells me that if I wanted to wait and or come back in 2 hours after she was done with the person she was working on. I can’t say that all of the workers there are impolite but this was my experience and had to share.

I cannot begin to recommend this place enough for both tattoos and piercings alike. The staff here is incredibly accommodating, down to work with you and just so dang pleasant! I’ve gotten a tattoo by Arin, who was super down to draw up a tattoo on the spot of what I was thinking of and added the cutest of the little details! Not only this, but he was kind, quick, efficient and his small talk didn’t make me feel awkward af while he was tattooing me lol. Getting pierced by Emily was an equally as dope experience! She was incredibly informative, so kind and made me feel at home in her wonderfully cute little studio. PLEASE take the time to check out Ageless Art - New Albany! AYO, Listen. I am an anxious wreck 24/7 and struggle to go out places for long periods of time around other people, but I really wanted to get the other side of my nose pierced to match the two nostril piercings I had on one side. So, I heard about their spooky event taking place for tattoos and piercings and decided to go for it! I definitely had to step out and go next door to hang out in the coffee shop when I was getting overwhelmed by the amount of people there, but once it was my turn, the piercer Emily B. was SO nice, and so informative, and so cool!!! She took time to really explain the process, and she also had a really cool costume for the spooky event! I definitely recommend her 110% for any of y’all that come across this as assurance, that even if you’re like me and struggle with being in public around lots of people, or get overstimulated pretty easily, this is a safe place. Emily did fantastic on my nostril stud! I was so nervous having it done and she walked me through every step and always explained what she was doing to me as well. She answered all of my questions, and gave me info for when I’m healing and aftercare and if I ever run into a problem with my piercing. I’ve loved Ageless Art since I first went to the Clarksville location many years ago. I’m ecstatic that they have expanded to include a New Albany shop! Same great staff, and quality piercings and tattoos. Emily is an amazing piercer, and definitely took the time to answer all my questions. The new shop is very modern, open, and of course welcoming! Definitely stop in for ALL your piercing and tattoo needs.

Always friendly, fair prices, professional! Hard to get into contact with to schedule appointment. Matt does an amazing job with piercings and he knows his stuff! Great attitudes!
