Great place to buy from!! I love my new Hokas and Harley is an awesome sales person. So when you go in ask for Harley and she will take really good care of you!!!

Im really picky when it comes to shoes. I usually find something that i like here. Great products, not so easy on the wallet though.

Great selection of outdoor clothing and shoes. I can always find something that I need when shopping in Footworks.
The store is well organized and clean. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable friendly as well. The prices were extremely high for the area...there are a lot of blue collar people that can't afford to shop there...even the sale prices were too high...the blouse was $75.00 on sale...that's not a sale! The sizes for shoes were either not available or not the size we needed...very disappointing. I do realize/understand that there is a delay on delivery of merchandise.
My husband and I just left there with two new pairs of shoes for him. Erin was so professional and so helpful. She helped him try many different shoes on, and explained the difference in each shoe. The drop, the arch, the width etc. My husband is difficult to buy for, but he left happy which makes me happy. Thank you Erin for all your help.

This store has a great variety of men’s and woman’s shoes, athletic clothing, casual wear, outerwear and accessories with competitive prices comparable to other high-end department stores. I’ll take one of each item in the store please!! The staff were very helpful and friendly and they didn’t mind doing their jobs, which is a rare trait to find nowadays. It’s too bad that they don’t have a website to sell their adorable items, I would be one of their best customers!!
Excellent running shoe selection. Walked into the store knowing EXACTLY what I was going to purchase I run a lot and I didn’t even need to try on my soon-to-be-purchase but the THREE 3 girls and ONE younger guy couldn’t be bothered to get off their phones or stop their conversations about what they were going to do that night to come and help me or the other younger couple who was also patiently waiting. After 10 minutes I walked out the door without buying or saying word. What a joke. Never greeted me when I walked in, didn’t say a word as I stood there looking around, nothing. This store was great when they first opened. I wonder if they changed ownership?
