This school is SO unorganized! I went here for 1 year and the teachers were nice but i never fully LEARNED how to do anything until it was time for externs. My whole college experience was books that’s it! I was supposed too graduate early since I finished all my hours for externship but they kept making excuses “oh we aren’t in school this week”, “the dean is on pto right now so you’ll have to wait”, etc.! They say they will help with getting you an extern site and even make sure you learning this and that before they send you off but they don’t. Im now stuck paying off loans from a college who isn’t even worth the money. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Don’t go!!! They will tell you what you want to hear like a used car salesman just to get your money. Very unprofessional, do testing on units that haven’t even been gone over, told the answer or tells you to use google. They don’t take the time to make sure your learning. On hands labs are a joke if they even do them. Books and uniform were not giving until about 5 weeks in. Complete joke!!

I'm a new graduate of the CCMA program that Fortis offers . I also graduated from the Cosmetology school. I really enjoyed my experience both times . The instructors are awesome and are ready to teach you and get you ready for the field you are training for. The office staff is ready to answer any and all questions you have. The Career Services department is on point and stick with you all the way through from beginning to graduation and even after that to make sure you have placement in your new career. I hope everyone that thinks about going to Fortis of Mobile doesn't hesitate cause if so you will be missing out on a great opportunity.  Hope you make the right choice like I did.

I have been with Fortis for years. We have a wonderful atmosphere to learn in. I've been told by students that we a have some of the most nice and helpful people they have ever met at a school. I enjoy helping people achive their goals with a great career!

I am in my third module and have yet to receive my scrub uniforms and the NHA Site has been down haven’t been able to do any prep and with hardly any students in my class it’s been really hard to get good hands on experience

A money scheme  pit & very very messy ratchet hole in the wall shack.I made a very detailed comment I noticed it's gone so I shouldn't get in detail but I wish it was possible to give a - 0 but browse more by typing in the School alone you will read allot of bad results from students not employees that juice the program and school up for pay if you enjoy being over educated or overcharged for there gain and pockets go right head manipulated if you're not financial stable do not go  burden stressful especially juggling your education alone with normal life activity in the midst of  financial issues

I am currently in classes to get my Associates as a Medical Assistant. I have enjoyed the school and my time on campus and would recommend the program if you're willing to put in the time and effort to do the work.

As a student at Fortis I can definently say it is a great place. The staff and admin are full of people who care and support you.

Fortis Offers one on one assistance from the beginning of your Career Training journey with smaller classroom size and 80% hands on training to tutoring with your studies when needed, how to write a winning resume, dress for success and present as a qualified professional and interviewing techniques that that allow you to stand out above the other candidates.

The staff at Fortis College is exceptional.  Everyone I have come in contact with has been professional, helpful and friendly!
