The Fortis College ~ Phoenix Dental Hygiene Clinic offers low cost oral health preventive care for children, adolescents, adults and seniors.
Mission Statement:
To provide the community with entry-level dental hygiene graduates, who possess
the education and preparation to successfully implement preventive and therapeutic services in the community oral health setting, as well as, a variety of dental practice settings.

5. Identify and integrate the risk factors into the decision making process of care for all individuals and populations.
