I bought a sold outEVERYWHERE 4th generation smart watch last week over the phone from this store! They were so helpful and so kind to me over the phone. My Christmas watch came yesterday in the mail. Thanks so much for holding the watch for me until I got my Fossil gift cards! You guys rock.
Not one sales associate greeted me or asked if I needed any assistance. Fossil watches are the only watch I wear! I love them! I have bought two in the past from this location but it was years ago. Over the years I have accumulated many Fossil watches. I would have purchased one today but no one ever acknowledged me so I eventually ended up walking out. The store was not busy at all. There were two customers in the store at the time and quite a few employees so they can not say they were busy with other customers.
Great selection. Helpful staff. I was able to justify a smart watch purchase for my son because of their prices.

Knowledgeable and helpful employees. Prices are reasonable. Fossil is absolutely my favorite watch.......probably have at least 15.
This store is permanently closed. I spoke with one of the Outlet tenants and they said this store closed about two months ago. The owner decided not to renew the lease. I wasted an hour of my time driving here to find this out. I hope my review helps others to not make the same mistake!

My husband and I went there to get a battery for his fossil watch, and the young lady had such a hard time trying to get it open, but she tried so hard and finally someone else had to come open it ,,but they gave use a discount since it took so long, Thanks!!
This store is CLOSED! Out of business closed. Would have been splendid to know this prior to heading there!
