Mrs. Brenda helped me pick out a past/present/future ring as a replacement for my engagement ring/wedding band set today. I wasn’t sure what I was looking for when I went in, but thanks to Mrs. Brenda’s suggestions, I am so happy with the ring I picked out! It holds so much meaning for me at this time in my life and I know this ring will be special to me for years to come. Thank you so much!!

Raquel and the other ladies were so helpful. We initially came in for a repair then decided to upgrade. We did not have paperwork with us from the original purchase in 2007 and they bent over so backwards to try to find us in the system. We finally found the paperwork and Raquel helped us find the perfect upgrade to suit our budget. Highly highly recommend this Zales and their staff!

I just left the store and I am terrible with names. I believe it was Brenda that waited on me. Very nice, welcomed me when I walked in, helped me pick up repaired jewelry and then helped me purchase two pieces. She and the other lady there and the young man were all helpful and courteous. My treatment in this store is why I always go here to purchase jewelry.

Me and my fiancee went in this past weekend to look for a band for my ring the first older lady immediately took us to the register and rung us up after looking at 1 ring WHEN WE WERE CLEARLY STILL LOOKING AND TRYING ON RINGS. The African American lady working in the middle was very unprofessional and loud . As a FELLOW woman of color , she was just an embarrassment. As we were walking out she started to yell in our direction THEY AIN'T GOT NO MONEY AND REPEATED IT 3 TIMES THEY WASTED YOUR TIME BECAUSE THEY AIN'T GOT NO MONEY  .  I AM A FINANCIAL ANALYST AND MY SOON TO BE WIFE IS A NURSE. SO TRUST WE ARE COMFORTABLE. We went down to kays and was treat with nothing but respect no one was pushy. They took their time and we did  not feel as we were just a sale We ended up with what we needed at a great price.

Ms T & Ms rocky were the best, and so extremely helpful in helping me and my fiancée find our wedding bands!

Mrs T and Austin were great and we got a great deal

Michael acknowledged me when I walked into the store and helped me w my purchase. He was knowledgeable and didn’t try to just sale me anythg. Thx Micheal

Michael T was amazing. I told him what I wanted and he showed me an amazing ring that I just loved at first sight. If you ever go in ask for Michael!!! 10/10
