The way my Grandson was sent home in horrific pain. Because they cldnt find out what's wrong it's easier to release him 2x & the nurse hinting around they think he was abused, it was neglectful he had to have surgery he has a severe infection not yanked. The screams of pain will never be forgotten! How inhumane. Some of the nurses are rude no patience!
I was a patient for 7 days with Covid-19. My care from everyone who had contact with me from the doctor to the housekeeping staff were hands down so compassionate and truly caring. I can not be more thankful for the care and humanity that was shown to me. My husband was at another hospital recovering and everyone expressed their concern for him also.
I would have loved to rate you a five but as you know it only takes one bad apple. My mother was treated fabulously by 99.9 percent of your staff but she called tonight and ask if I could come out and straighten up her bed and move the tray table closer to the bed so she could reach her water. When she asked your staff person to help her she was told that was a hospital not a hotel and the nurse walked out of the room without helping her. I went out straightened the bed moved the table and sat there with a crying 82 year old very sick woman who wanted to go home and was afraid to call and ask for help sitting up in her bed or a clean gown that got food on it because she has Parkinson’s and shakes. I don’t mind helping and I have fed her and done much to help lessen the load on your staff but this makes me beyond angry and very concerned about my mother’s care tonight. This one person ruined my mother’s whole experience
They REFUSED to give me and my two month old baby a covid test because they didn’t want to waist their resources.
Snotty, rude nurses a CT like it kills to help in emergency room worried about money not people.Sk for coll pay up front before wNted to treat you.dr got upset with nurse wanted to treat you wasn't thinking a bout money he was being good doctor.
Immediately taken into a room, doctor was there to tell me what was happening within a few minutes. Nurses were kind and explained everything. They were relaxed and cool and made jokes to put me at ease. I was kept in the loop and quickly given pain meds to help with the horrible pain. The nurse that stuck me kept apologizing and was so kind. In about 3-4 hours I was pain free and diagnosed and good to go home. Best ER experience I've had in a long time.
Only 1 time I got a good ER doctor here. They are horrible. Act like what are you doing here. Like they don’t want to treat you. Like your a problem. Leave with no pain meds. Then go to the doctor to find out you have a serious problem.
Super friendly staff & my mom whom is hard to please is actually super comfortable in their renovated rooms for her stay over night. Definitely doing better than a few years ago. Thumbs up for positive staff & comfort level and timely diagnoses. There’s not much to this hospital no obgyn unit but I see their effort. Kudos!!
The service was faster than I'm use to at a hospital but the price is RIDICULOUSLY HIGH for what I went in for. All I had was an upset stomach, vomiting. They prescribed me some nausea meds and charged me $300.00. I better be dying next time I go back ‍ the nurse at the desk was thick as a Clydesdale though
Don't recommend. You better hope whatever is wrong is easily diagnosed with an x-ray otherwise they will just tell you they don't know what it is and send you home, even in immense pain. The nurses in the e.r. often can't get an i.v. in, last time I just had to turn down the saline drip after many painful unsuccessful pokes with a needle. Some doctors have been good, but for the most part, they will not even be in the room with you for 10 seconds to explain what they didn't find before taking off quickly. Turned out to be autoimmune disease. If you get gas buildup, they won't find that either.
