IHA Chelsea Family & Internal Medicine has been designated a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH). PCMH patients and their family (when appropriate) establish a partnership with their practitioners to ensure they have the support needed to make decisions and participate in their own health care.
We offer extended hours to better serve your health care needs and same-day sick appointments to new and established patients.
