Requested a copy of my file for personal use. Was refused with no reason behind it. Was told that I can have a referral when I start seeing my new therapist once I move. I was never wanting a copy to give to my new therapist. I have never asked to look at my file till now because I am curious now. But now I want to know what is so bad that you would refuse letting me have a copy. I have a right to access my file. So what if what I read upsets me. I just wanted to know what mental health issues I have. I believe the least that could be done is the supervisor not my therapist tell me why I can't see them other than just saying no.

Please do not waste your time setting up an appointment at this place. I would give them 0 Stars if it let me. I called to get in to see a doctor and seek counseling I have been dealing with really bad panic disorder for over a year by myself now and finally decided that I needed help that I could not live like this. It is gotten so bad it literally affects me almost on a daily basis. I called them and set up an appointment to speak with somebody the appointment wasn't until a week later which is fine I could deal with that but then I'll speak to someone and me seeing the doctor is completely out of the question until almost two weeks after that. And then when I speak to the therapist for the third time she tells me that she needs at least until Wednesday to talk to the doctor about me coming in and maybe getting on some kind of medication that can help me deal with this, it was on a Monday when I spoke with her she didn't call back until a full week later and she calls me to tell me that the doctor will not see me because even though they have only spoken to me three times over the phone not even in person the doctor has already decided for himself that I don't need medication even though my personal doctor and the hospital told me that I do need to be on medication the doctor that has never seen me and never spoke to me just decided did he doesn't want me on medication. I really appreciate y'all wasting that much of my time I have a family that I have to take care of on top of dealing with this I guess it's my own fault I should have known better when you're only had a 2 star rating don't waste your time at this place
