We accept most insurances, Medicare, and commercial insurances. We are conveniently located in the Greenridge building off Daniel Webster Highway. Entrance is in the back of the building. I just had my first appointment with Josephine and she made me feel so comfortable right off the bat.  I could tell immediately that I had her undivided attention and not once did I feel rushed as I have felt at previous doctor appointments.  She is incredibly thorough, extremely knowledgeable and truly cares about her patients.  I'm so glad that I found her and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new PCP.

I have been looking for a new medical provider since last year. Well, I have found her. Josephine Jacques, N.P. is a patient, caring provider who listens to you and schedules plenty of time to discuss your lab results, listen to your concerns, etc. She is open to treating your health conditions naturally, not just handing out big pharma meds. If you're ready for a change in primary health providers, I highly recommend switching to Fountains of Health. You'll be glad you made the change!
