The purpose of the Greater Nashua Public Health Network (GNPHN) is to integrate multiple public health initiatives and services into a common network of community stakeholders.
The Greater Nashua Public Health Region (GNPHR) includes the City of Nashua and the towns of Amherst, Brookline, Hollis, Hudson, Litchfield, Lyndeborough, Mason, Merrimack, Milford, Mont Vernon, Pelham and Wilton. The Region has a population of approximately 208,000.
The purpose of the Greater Nashua Public Health Network (GNPHN) is to integrate multiple public health initiatives and services into a common network of community stakeholders. The GNPHN does this through various public health programs including our Public Health Advisory Council, Public Health Emergency Preparedness, Substance Misuse Prevention, Substance Use Disorder Continuum of Care, and Young Adult Leadership. The long-term goal for the GNPHN is to collectively develop a performance-based public health delivery system that provides access to all 10 Essential Public Health Services.
