We are a CrossFit affiliate located in Wesley Chapel, Florida. Our 12,500 square foot facility offers air conditioning, men's and women's locker rooms with showers, free childcare, and classes 7 days a week.
We offer group and individual coaching using the CrossFit methodology. Our workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements (like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running, etc.) executed at high intensity.
Instead of rows of stationary bikes and weight machines, our box is filled with pull-up bars, kettlebells, barbells, bumper plates, rowers, sandbags, monster tires, ropes, weighted sleds, etc. We have wide open space for squatting, running, jumping, climbing, lifting and throwing – moving your body the way it is supposed to be moved.
