Four Oaks Funeral Home

Dealing with four Oaks funeral home was a blessing for me and my family. Paula and her staff were completely professional and awesome to deal with through our extremely tough time with the passing of both of my parents. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Paula went extremely out of her way and drove to Lafollett for me just to pick up my mothers death certificate in an expedited manner for my father. Thanks Paula for all your help, business relationship, but mostly for your friendship. you all are awesome..

I am writing this on behalf of the wonderful job that Paula and four Oaks funeral home provided for both of my parents. They were truly professional, caring, and answered all my questions and covered all of our needs through a very rough time. They went out of their way to help us more than once. Called at 11AM and no one was there at the time to answer questions or prices. The boy I talked to ask for my number because I would have to be called back and eventually I had to call again around 4PM; same thing happened but this time anyone who could help me had already left the office. I complained and then was sent straight to someone who could help. So if they aren't going to have time to help with our loved one then I don't think our loved one would have his insurance policy offered to Four Oaks for his preparations.

The hardest day of our lives was november 20th 2020 because we had to bury a great person and because they couldnt afford a hearse the funeral director tried to rush us out of there parking lot with out a police escort cause they said it wasnt a traditional funeral and when they did call they sent them to oneida and the family had to call them and tell them huntsville and he also tried to rush the service they seem not to care about the loved one we lost.
