We did not know that this hotel cleans their rooms every other day. This caused a little problem with having toilet paper, towels, wash cloths and trash being taken out. There was also a problem with a room having ants, but maintenance got right on it. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have decent conference rooms. A nice lounge area. The pool wasn't half bad. The rooms I thought were very nice. There is a restaurant in the hotel. Outside of the hotel is plenty of places for you to eat or even shop. I hope this was helpful in some way.
So the hotel is pretty good and the beds are comfy but the walls are SUPER thin… And be careful staying here. My car was vandalized and there are no cameras in the parking lot so basically if anything happens to your vehicle you are on your own. They won’t do anything to accommodate the damage to your vehicle. It sucks because I was parked right where you can see my car from the inside at front door. Been waiting on a call from the manager but heard nothing.
Great experience for a hotel in an area like Richmond. The atmosphere isn't too busy despite being directly across the street from a shopping center, making it easy to walk to nearby shops from the hotel. Room service is reliable and quick to address situations when problems occur with the room, and if you're lucky, you'll get to see pilots/aircraft crewmen in the lobby as this is one of the closest hotels to Richmond International. Overall, I highly recommend Four Points as a reliable option to stay at. Safety: Safety isn't to be worried about at Four Points, usually, hotel hallways are empty and the hotel is mostly quiet throughout the day. Walkability: The atmosphere isn't too busy despite being directly across the street from a shopping center, making it easy to walk to nearby shops from the hotel. Food & drinks: Breakfast is complimentary, and is not the best if I'm being completely honest, but the potatoes are quite nice, and probably the best thing available in terms of food.
My son and I were in town for a family graduation! This location was selected due to the close proximity to the airport! The hotel was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, & the guest service specialists were all friendly & professional. The guests on Friday were a bit noisy. Saturday was peaceful and quiet. The light from the outdoor pool area was a major problem. Definitely could use longer, wider, or darker curtains. Late checkout was extended to me as I had a late flight. In addition, the shuttle to the airport was available as well. Overall great stay.
I flew in town to see family and friends for the weekend. The check in process was quick and easy. I had a king suite which was very clean and cozy. The hard wood floors threw me off a little so be sure to bring slippers or thick socks. The staff was pretty nice. There are plenty of restaurants, stores, and a shopping center in the area. I gave it 4 stars because the hotel is a little out dated but still nice.
I've stayed at this hotel over a dozen times and the front desk staff at this location is fantastic. They are very friendly and anytime I have any sort of an issue they address it professionally and promptly. The rooms are clean and even the bar staff is very friendly. For the money I think this hotel is a great value. Rooms: The rooms are clean and well-taking care of. I have been at this location over a dozen times and have never had an issue with cleanliness in any of the rooms I've stayed in.
It was a nice stay BUT breakfast wasn’t free and I’m upset, but it’s in a good location and the pool was creepy but overall a good stay. Do i recommend to the rich but the poor, no.Rooms: 3/5
This place was decent. The area was nice with a lot of commerce. The room was decent but the secondary locking systems in place were not working in my suite. I let the guy at the counter know and it seemed like he could care less. It’s not always a guests job to inform the business of this. It should be checked during turnaround with a name associated with Sheraton.
I booked a room here because it was close to a friend I was visiting. When I pulled up, there were 2 cop cars arresting someone in the parking lot. the front desk was on her cell phone when she checked me in and was not paying attention to service at all. I was put in a room right next to the elevator, which was very noisy all night. And the beds, they were the most uncomfortable, worn, noisy, lumpy beds I have ever slept on, for the two hours of sleep I got. I wasn't expecting much, but man, this place was subpar at best.
