I would have to say this is one of the best dentist I have ever been to. The front office was warm and welcoming. Dr. K really listened and made me feel heard as well as his dental assistant, Sydney. I called at 11am for a dental emergency. They had me in by 1 and out by 3. My family dentist retired over 10 years ago and I have not been able to find anyone like them until I came across Fox Creek Dental. If you are looking for a great new family dentist I highly recommend you check these guys out. Very thorough examination, gentle on your mouth and you can tell they enjoy what they are doing.
First appointment of likely many and it went great. I need a lot of help and I've been very anxious to go to a dentist given my extensive allergies and health issues, but my hygienist Heather was amazing. She was so patient, kind and great at her job. The doctor name started with an R was also very sweet and answered all questions I had. great team and fun reassuring environment
I was their customer for almost 10 years. I call it customer as I think they need have better customer service, not just focus on earning more money. I was schedule to have route tooth clean, but after I get there finish the initial checking. they told me I need to do deep cleaning and my insurance only can cover 10%. I told them I didn't prepare to do a deep clean and just want to the clean we scheduled. They ask me to sign a treatment refusal document. That is what was happened to me a 10 years customer. They will lose all their customers pretty soon if they continue to tread their customer like money machine. Good luck, Foxcreek Dental.
Office staff was friendly and the hygienist who worked with me was a delight. Prior to this visit, I had seen the same dentist for 25 years, so seeing a new one was a little stressful at first. She put me at ease immediately and spent a lot of time with me during my first visit. I don’t remember her name but she was wonderful.
Great staff and facility. They explain everything in great detail and are very thorough in their approach. It's been some time since I've been to the dentist. I was nervous about my visit but the team put me at ease.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. I came in as a new patient, for a cleaning. When I got there, the hygienist took me back and before doing anything she told me she did not have time to do my cleaning and I would have to make another appointment. That was what I was there for so why let me make a 4 o’clock appointment if you could not fulfill. Dr. Jensen came back after looking at my X-rays and said he wanted to pull a tooth asap. He talked to me as if I was 4 years old and tried to convince me I felt pain in my tooth when I didn’t. Thankfully, I was able to get into my old dentist last minute for a second opinion and they told me the tooth was fine and it would do more harm then good to pull and they actually cleaned my teeth!!!. Stay away from this place unless you want no service and unnecessary teeth pulled!
Dr. Rudin was the dentist I met with on Monday. I can be a handful when it comes to my anxiety at the office and they were fantastic. Very gentle and nice. Would recommend to anyone!
Despite my hesitation to any dentist due to prior experiences, I went because of unbearable tooth ache. While reviewing pictures and X-rays with the doc, the assistant made comments and expressions that made me feel subconscious about the poor condition of my tooth. The doc ruled it “inconclusive” and did not want to help. Send me home with 3 weeks worth of amoxicillin and sent me on my way. Felt judged for not having dental insurance, as if I didn’t have the money to pay for the treatment necessary. I asked for a printout estimate of the costs for the root canal and crown and they wouldn’t give me one. As I left without any resolution or plan, I simply felt that they did not want to service Or help me in any way.
Friendly staff, nice waiting area, new equipment. Tech explained everything clearly, and doc was very personable. Very professional. Just made appointments for my kiddos. Highly recommend!
My family and I are impressed with the professionalism and patient care of Fox Creek Dental! The staff are engaging and personable with an excellent knowledge of the mysteries of dental insurance!
