Can't say anything bad about the place. Fair, well maintained, very secure, well managed, convenient. Price is good for what you are getting. Never a worry about theft because it's fenced and monitored heavily. Hard to get a unit because they are all taken. That says alot about the service. They offered me 15 dollars off my bill to write the review. But they did not say it had to be positive so this is my honest opinion.
I have rented 2 different storage units here and have always been pleased with the service as well as the facility. I feel it is very secure with the lighting and security that they have in place. You can easily access the facility any time of year, they clear the snow and ice quickly and always have a safe environment allowing you to get to your unit. I have had no trouble with mice etc... getting into my unit. Overall I would highly recommend them to anyone with a need for storage,
I have been very happy using Fox Den for my storage needs. Staff was very courteous and helpful. The grounds are always immaculate and I feel my belongings are safe with the locked gate and excellent camera system I would recommend to anybody!!!
Units are clean and facility is well-maintained with good outside lighting and security. Katie and Hannah are very easy to work with and quickly respond to questions. The pavement surrounding the units is kept clean and is plowed and salted quickly after any snowfall. This is my second time renting a unit at Fox Den and I would highly recommend them for any size storage needs.
Great place with great staff! It was an easy application process and easy check out process to get my unit. The place is clean and well maintained. You can't go wrong with Fox Den Store-IT!
Fox Den is an excellent place to pick for your storage needs. They answer the phone almost immediately any time I call and seem to always remember who I am and previous conversations we've had about my storage needs. It is a clean, secure, well-organized storage facility with friendly and helpful staff. It snowed a couple of feet a few weeks ago and by the time I got to my storage unit the next morning around 10:30am, the space in front of my unit was already cleared. Highly recommend.
I have used Fox Den before and again it doesn’t disappoint. Easy access and very secure. The units are clean and dry. The staff is also very courteous. I would recommend them highly.
Very clean with excellent security cameras, fencing, keypad entry. They also have excellent customer service. They even called me after my toddler dropped a toy and held onto until I could come back to get it! We also love the location since we live right on Hwy 14.
Even in a global pandemic this company has made it a simple task to obtain clean and orderly storage. Fox Den was recommended by my realtor when my Husband and I moved here recently to Janesville, Wisconsin. They offer easy payment procedures and we never had to meet face to face with anyone. Social distancing being important during these trying times, we really appreciated this. We have used various storage facilities in the past all over the country due to job change requirements and Fox Den has been the best one we have experienced. We reccomend this company highly.
Fox Den on 14 is extremely clean, looks and feels professional. I feel very safe when I enter and exit the facility. I really can it explain how well this place is put together. Price is fair for what you get in return.
