Our 2019 camping season is from Friday, May 3 to Sunday, September 15.

Description

Located 10 miles North of Bemidji, and 20 miles South of Blackduck on Fox lake (Turtle River chain). We offer lake view and pull-thru sites, with 30/50 amp service, water, sewer. As a family destination we pride ourselves on offering a relaxing family destination where you can do what you enjoy. Whether it be exploring and fishing the Turtle River chain by boat or canoe, discovering all that the surrounding area has to offer (Paul & Babe, Mississippi Headwaters, golf, etc...), relaxing in the sun at our beach, or even doing a little work with WiFi internet. You can do it all! We have a sandy beach for swimming, potlucks from June thru August, boat ramp, docking, fishing, fish cleaning facility, ice, RV supplies, game room, firewood, playground, basketball, volleyball, handicap accessible, pets allowed (No Pit Bulls), internet, WiFi Access, toilets, hot showers, dump stations, laundry, stores, picnic tables, grills, fire rings, bike rentals, hiking trails, and propane refill station for tanks only. We also have boat and pontoon rentals along with free use of canoes, paddle boats, “funyaks” and row boats to registered guests.

Boaters enjoy tubing and wake boarding, and fishermen and fisherwomen can be spotted casting their lines into Fox Lake from their boats or heading down the channel to fish on Lake Beltrami.At the 13-acre campground, you'll find the Campground Store/Office, a Game Room, the Bathroom/Shower House/Laundromat, Fish Cleaning House, playground, volleyball area, basketball court, and beach. Full hook-up sites."

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this campground!  It’s been years since we’ve been here and the owners have changed. The new owners are absolutely wonderful! The amount of activities for families is far better than any other campground I’ve been to. Usually the kids hang out in the game room but there were so many other fun things to do they didn’t even have time to go play video games. The kids are already asking when we can go back again. I highly recommend this place. There’s lots to do for all ages. We will definitely be returning next summer

{First time with our new camper back in July, so it was a learning experience.}  If I limited my review to one thing, it would be the quiet.  As stated on their website and in other reviews, this is a quiet campground.  I really liked not having to listen to my neighbor's music, thumping music from cars, etc.  Being used to tent camping in state parks, I was initially concerned about the cost; but the very clean restroom/showers & laundry room, nice game room, good wi-fi, and general overall upkeep of the campground makes the cost well worth it.  If someone limited my assessment to a few words, I would say of the family that owns/runs this campground "They exhibit 'Pride of ownership'."

What an absolutely wonderful campground for all ages! I loved the trails with the hidden surprises, such a neat addition!  I highly recommend this place. We can’t wait to go back again next summer. Plenty to do for all ages. We stayed during the week with 4 of our children with and they were never bored!  Kids are ages 16, 13, 13 and 10

What a wonderful family run campground tucked away on a beautiful little lake just north of Bemidji! My girls and mom had a girls weekend camping trip here and it was amazing! Friendly staff, super cute details for kiddos, very clean and so much fun! I would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone looking for place to relax and enjoy a weekend away!  Nearby activities: Close enough to Bemidji that it is just a short drive to all kinds of shopping, eating and activities!  Safety: Fenced in property and off the beaten path  Walkability: Cute and fun walking trails and roads/campsites are very well maintained.  Food & drinks: Cute little store on site for snacks, ice cream and floats, and grocery staples.

This campground was wonderful! We stayed for the weekend and thoroughly enjoyed it. You can tell this family puts alot of time and effort into making sure you enjoy your visit. This is such a great family friendly campground. We had an absolute blast! Great amenities, friendly staff/guests, and everything is very well kept. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy a full week of tent camping!Hotel highlightsKid-friendly

We absolutely LOVE Fox Lake Campground!  The owners, Mark and Amanda are so friendly and very accommodating.  The campground/Bath house is always very clean.  We have been coming here for 4 years and continue to bring our family here.  There is also so much to do for all ages. I would highly recommend staying here as it is very family friendly.

Mark & Amanda are so welcoming & work very hard to keep their campground clean & inviting! There are so many things available to entertain kids of all ages: playground, kayaks, paddle boats, a cute maze thru forest for kiddos, pontoon rentals, bean bags, game room, barrell train rides, clean beach with slide and floaty pads...you name it. The campground has a smaller & cozier feel, and campsites are not jam packed together which makes for a nice atmosphere. We love this place and I selfishly don't want to give such a good review out of fear of it becoming too popular and us not being able to make a reservation! Lol!  

This park was awesome and I can’t think of anything to make it better. They have it all- great service, hospitality, views, and delicious ice cream. Our 3 nights were so enjoyable that we will definitely come back again Rooms: 5/5

Loved the area, very nice and family orientated. Lots for kids to do and also couples. The owners are super friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back!
