The Foxhole BBQ Cafe is open to the public and located on the VA campus in Lyons, NJ. Come by & enjoy our authentic Texas BBQ and help support Veterans!
Enjoy authentic Texas barbeque on our shaded patio, which overlooks the MAVERIC Driving Range. Our menu changes daily and consists of deliciously slow-cooked and pit-smoked pulled pork, beef, chicken, and ribs along with a selection of home-style side dishes. We also serve cheese steak and vegetarian sandwiches, as well as hamburgers, hot dogs, tacos, panini's, and delicious side items. Don't forget to try our dessert ice-cream! It is homemade by a local creamery.
The Foxhole Cafe is staffed by veterans receiving services from the Veteran Affairs New Jersey Health Care System (VANJHCS). Our Pit Master and Manager was trained to smoke meats to exacting standards.
Since the Foxhole BBQ Eatery is located on the MAVERIC Driving Range, it is open during golf season from March through October. Visit us on weekdays from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on weekends from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Our mission at the Foxhole Cafe is to serve the local community with the finest smoked meats and other eatery items, while providing veterans with supportive employment.
