Franciscan Medical Clinic at St. Joseph

Been going to my PCP for a while here and love both him and his NP.

Worst place to get care, they never answer the phones when you call to schedule or check on care!!!! People on the phone are rude and disrespectful especially to Veteran’s!!! Community Care from VA said they we’re really rude when asked how can they get care for me. Just terrible! Waited 1 hour and 25 minutes before I hung up!!!

Went For my sons appointment after I gave birth and it was a different doctor that is and usually not at this location and I feel like he was rushing and not really doing his job correctly so once we get a second opinion because they said my son had jaundice. Went back for a two week visit and was sent to the lab and my son foot end up swollen Because of the lab technician who drew blood from his foot wrapped his foot to tight by the time I got home it was swollen and has rashes

They can't keep Doctors long enough to have them know anything about you. Went to a new patient appointment Dec 2017 only to learn it was that doctors last day there. This is after going thru 3 doctors that you couldn't get when you needed an appointment. Just went to another new patient appointment May 30th 2018, only to learn this Doctor would be leaving. Keep in mind I'm not a new patient there I've been going there for decades their new doctors to me. So it should be a new doctor's appointment not a new patient appointment. I'm looking for a new doctor that is ready to be a doctor where they're at not moving up. They get to bill the insurance company at a higher rate for every new patient appointment sounds like a scam to me.

Always so fast and friendly! I usually show up early to my appointments, they get me right in and the Dr is there within a few minutes! Friendly and caring staff! We come to St. Joe's for the whole family's medical needs!

I love my kids pediatrician. The ladies at front desk are super friendly. Always interact with the kids upon check in. Really glad we made the change. The dr is Superb. She address all the kids in each visit. She makea sure to ask how i am doing and always tells me im doing a great.

Been calling pediatrics for weeks trying to talk to someone but im left on the line for so long! Doesn’t matter if I call early in the morning, noon or later times. No one ever answers the phone!

My mom had breast cancer and the Doctors and nurses took good care of her, plus took care of me when I had appendicitis. Very respectful and caring. No complaints from me.

Joke and a half.. went to the eye care center had an appointment at 8am.. the ignorant person at the front desk took 20mins to check me in... It's now 9am and I still haven't been called back. Yet everyone else that came in after me has already been called back. What's the point in having an appointment if I don't get seen at that time.
