Franciscan Prompt Care - Canyon Road

I wouldn’t rate them but I wanted to share the experience! My husband and I went there to check his foot cause it was in pain , waited for 3 hours then I made a fuss about it, mind you the waiting room was empty for an hour ! The receptionist was rude and lying through her teeth about 1 provider on sight and telling me she told my husband it was a 4 hour wait which she never did so we ended up leaving and going to multi Care . They need a better system or people!!!! This facility is a joke !

I have a very painful wrist that has been bothering me for weeks. I came into the urgent care on Canyon at 2:00. 4:45 I am still waiting in pain and beyond frustrated to say the least. I probably would have been better going to the ER. Their were 4 people ahead of me and I heard nothing but excuses! Worst Service Ever!! Especially being in this much Pain!!! 1 star is too generous!

I've been reading a lot about issues with wait time and it is baffling. I was working on leaving one of my several jobs to be seen for a serious issue that i had an appointment for. I called to let them know I was running 5 minutes behind. I was told I have a 15 minute grace period. Got there 5 minutes late, only to be told I have to reschedule. I told her who I talked to and was told I had 15 minutes. Walked out since they weren't trying to help me. Lobby was empty. I showed up at noon. Americas health care system seems to suck for everyone. No one including the ladies at this office wants to put in work in the medical field. These people are burnt out and underpaid, and the patients are getting the brunt of the lash back. Anyway, can't take off anymore time so, I hope I'll be okay. Thanks prompt care.

This place is terrible. Went there to have a dog bite treated and waited 3.5 hrs to be seen. Asked the receptionist how much longer and was told I was the next person in. in the meantime, 3 people came thru the door and went right in? the people staffing the front desk had no ambition to help whatsoever. they were happy to sit and BS with themselves and share a bag of candy amongst them. Pathetic! everyone of them. I wont be darkening their doorway again.

About the most unprofessional office I've ever been to. My appt was scheduled for 12:30, the receptionist "Jayjay" tried to tell me it was at 1 o'clock & acted like she was doing me a favor getting me roomed at 12:35. After taking 10 minutues to take my information, nobody walked me back to my room & I sat there for 30 minutes just to be "checked in" again. If you make an appt here, make sure you call beforehand and make sure they didn't move your appt without you knowing

I was hesitant to go to this clinic after seeing how low the ratings were, but because I needed to see a doctor on a Saturday, I gave them a call when no one else was available. My experience with them was excellent and worthy of 5 stars! I waited 2hrs but it was completely understandable since it was a walk-in clinic. The receptionists and the nurses were so kind to me. They made me feel at ease as I sat there telling them my concerns. Dr. Yoojin Park was also great. She answered all my questions and was so nice and gentle. Thank you all for the care today!

I visited the urgent care unit this morning and the team was amazing! Very on top of it. I didn’t wait long at all to be seen & the nurse, Kevin was so nice & helpful!

I like everything about this place and feel confident about going there. Front desk staff is usually attentive and nice. One thing could be improved: Follow-up! There really isn't any. Seems that it should be easy to do.

I wish I could give 0 stars but I need to write this review. I went in yesterday because my throat was swollen, I was coughing and short of breath. They told me to wait in my car since I showed signs of covid so I was more than happy to try to contain whatever it is I have. I waited 3+ hours in my car just to have a nurse practioner instead of a doctor see me and make it seem like I was faking whatever it is I had. Keep in mind I waited 3 hours in a car. My condition only got worse, it turned to body aches and a burning sensation when I coughed. I sat in that doctors office shaking and crying from the pain just to be talked to by a condescending grown man like I'm a kid trying to get out from going to school. I would never recommend this place to anyone

This place is a joke. I came in with an injury that needed an xray, I won't complain about the 2+ hour waiting time. I got my xray and was told the radiologist would review and follow up the next day and the doctor said it all looked fine to him I'm doubting this. They posted my xray results immediately after being seen with no radiologist notes. They also signed my after visit summary notes BEFORE I even got my xray. Followed up today via message just for the staff to be rude and completely unprofessional. They tell me radiologist has reviewed and they posted the summary but it's the same summary as what they immediately released yesterday. No updated notes. I'll be going somewhere else now because I do not trust their diagnosis.
