WOW what can I say this place is trashed lived at one end had back surgery someone broke in my trailer sold my pills and purse lived other end got harassed by neighbor and the owner double dipping with summit county and said I owed 10,000 dollar that would have ment I didn't pay for 2 years also water nasty people and get any drug they want and you can't leave anything out side because
Management is rude to ladies saying they have things on their background when they do not I do not recommend this place for anyone
Bugs all I will say
Not a great trailer park. The owner is not honest at all. Do not trust his word. It means nothing. Get everything in writing. Or avoid this park.
Quiet on one end of the park. Chaos from the other end of the park. Needs to be cleaned up quite many areas of the park.
It's surprisingly quiet here. It is kept up better than most other trailer parks in the area.
It's ok for most part. Cheap trailers. But not as bad as one by police station an Springfield lake.

Owner needs to clean it up get rid of trash and bad stuff going on it's not all bad could be really nice it's location is really good, update looking better
