Frankenmuth Florist did the flower arrangements for our wedding, and I couldn't have been more pleased! The flowers were absolutely gorgeous, and we got so many compliments! The price was great, and Brenda and Vita were fantastic helping us get everything together. I'm so glad we found them!

They are such amazing place I walked in with an idea for an birthday gift for my mom and they made her an beautiful basket of flowers in fall colors and with beautiful roses would recommend them to any one.

They were so helpful when I ordered flowers for my grandma she took the time and went thru the store and book and had a lot of input and suggestions. I didn’t have the address so she provided me a business card so I could call and give her the address which was great. The prices were reasonable and delivery Time was good. I would definitly use them again.

I had a lovely experience here! I went to Birch Run and Frankenmuth really looking for unique and not outrageously priced planters and pots with drain holes. I hadn't found a single planter that fit the bill until I walked into this little gem! The lady there was SO nice and I hit the jackpot in reasonably priced planters!! I bought over a dozen in all shapes and sizes. I will DEFINITELY be back!!!

I ordered the flowers for my wedding here and they were absolutely gorgeous. I worked with Brenda over the phone, I explained to her what I wanted and she delivered. Very happy with the service and products.

I purchased the endless romance bouquet and was extremely disappointed. I paid more than $70 for a deluxe, upgraded version, of the bouquet which on the website is gorgeous. When it arrived the roses are tiny even now they have bloomed, and we are now into day 2 of my flowers, and they have already started dying. Considering the price I paid for these I am extremely disappointed.. I was contacted by the owner and told I would get $10, maybe $15 credited to me. Meaning that a small bouquet, that has died within 2 days is still considered to be worth $60???? Extremely Disappointed with the bouquet and disapppointed with the attempted resolution. These flowers were for my wife for our anniversary and it was such a shame they turned out the way they did.

I live in Grand Rapids. My mom's birthday was yesterday & she works in Frankenmuth. I called Frankenmuth Florist yesterday & Diane assisted me. She went over & above by texting me pictures of items to gift my mom. I picked a beautiful garden stone with two balloons that Diane had delivered to my mom's office despite the snowy roads! Great customer service! Thank you!!

I had booked to have them do my flowers for wedding in October and when I called to let them know I had to cancel due to covid pandemic they informed me that I would only get half back cause of a consultation fee I don’t feel that is right and I don’t feel I had a consult considering I emailed everything. Other vendors that stated in contract of a non refundable charge refunded me since it was being cancelled due to covid which is out of my control! Will not be going back to this company!

Brenda was amazing to work with. Flowers where fresh and stunning Brenda even came in on Sunday on her day off to make sure are Flowers stayed fresh. Thankyou Brenda
