Whenever I needed to utilize Farmington Courthouse I was always treated with respect. Guards, lawyers, the Judge. Every one of them no matter their position were very helpful and happy to help with any questions.
Absolutely the worst court I’ve ever tried to do business with. The clerks here do not like to do their jobs! Only one women I have encountered here does, however I haven’t been blessed to see her every time. I have filed paperwork that I got directly from this court only to get it back a week later in the mail stating that it hasn’t been “notarized by the clerk” therefore was not filed. That is the job of the clerk, her lunch break wasn’t that important that to where it couldn’t have been signed after seeing me sign it. This court also has refused to accept motions/complaints into an open case where they hold sole jurisdiction. My feelings is that this is a clear obstruction of justice that’s very damaging to my case. If you can avoid this court, I would at ALL cost.
Phone request for copies of orders made 6/26 and received in mail in Florida 6/29. Excellent promptness and courtesy. One who certified must have personally observed the signature being signed. This is referring to the previously written review criticizing this court.
Heather is the most ornery, unhelpful person I’ve ever had to deal with. Just unnecessarily mean and smug.
