Worst pharmacy ever!! The pharmacist and staff members are all unprofessional and unorganized, just incompetent. I've been there twice, and every experience was awful. First visit the pharmacist made a mistake on billing my insurance and wanted me to pay out of pocket to get my prescription ridiculous! Made him call my insurance back to reverse the transaction, and he acted like he didn't know what to do. SMH!! The second time, they told me my prescription was ready for pickup in 30 minutes, and I called back another 30 miuntes to reverify. It wasn't even ready when I got there an hour later. Plus, they don't follow pharmacy protocol when requesting medication transfer. They'll tell you to do it. IT'S PROTOCOL for the pharmacy to do the transfer. Incompetent! This pharmacy is just horrible.
Pharmacist Mia refused to fill a prescription my son needed to stop him from vomiting. The prescription was written by an MD with urgency to prevent dehydration. Mia told me “I went to school” alluding to the idea she knew better then a physician and wouldn’t fill it. Bonney Lake Fred Meyer pharmacist filled it with no question.
New prescription and pharmacists didn’t have time to go over the med with me. Pharmacy drive thru hours are not open till 11:00. No posting for customers to know, so I waited till they opened and was told not to wait because people behind me called and complained that the line wasn’t moving. They probably should post a sign at the entrance of the drive thru. Very poor customer service!! I’m a long time customer and will be changing pharmacies.
Staff is very professional, high caliber, diverse and friendly. Anyone saying otherwise might have been having a bad day themselves and projecting. I have been going here since the day they opened.... 20 years?.. through all staff changes caring for my family of 5.
Staff does not communicate at all about when a prescription can or can not be filled. Have had a few experiences where the staff told me it would be ready next day and there were no issues. Until I go to pick it up and then they are unable to fill for reasons they knew about when I placed the refill.
Terrible customer service, low inventory. I’ve never had a good experience here but today I needed a prescription filled and they said it would be 4 days. I asked if I could get it sooner and they told me to call around to other pharmacies and ask, then hung up on me. I called another pharmacy and the other pharmacy couldn’t believe Sumner Fred Meyer Pharmacy didn’t take the time to use their database to find a pharmacy with my prescription on hand. The pharmacy in Bonney Lake was able to help me and provided much better customer service.
My experience at the Sumner Fred Meyer pharmacy has been positive. I go there every month to fill a prescription that other pharmacies in the area always seemed to have problems having in stock every month. They Pharmacists and techs that serve me there are always very eager to help. I am grateful for their service.
Let’s start with the way said my prescription would be ready in 40 minutes! I was coming from the hospital with my husband who can not walk. They took over 2 hours then when I asked if I had questions I asked about the steroid given telling them he said there would be certain directions, her response it’s on the bottle ! Way to go great customer service here ! Switching to a different pharmacy VERY disappointing!!!
I've been going here for 10 years, the people have always been very polite and helpful.
Today was the last time I use them as I am switching pharmacies. Over the last 6 months, I show up days after they say it will “be ready,” and it is still in their “refill pile” when I arrive. Seems like they wait until you show up to fill anything. This has happened with the last 6 refills I have needed. Worst pharmacy I’ve ever used, period.
