We have always been huge Frederick's Pastries fans, and are now customers for life after having them as our wedding cake vendor! The consultation process was easy, the cake was delivered without any issue, was decorated beautifully, and there was more than enough to go around. Oh, and IT WAS DELICIOUS! We were also able to get a smaller, GF cake for some family members, and are so happy with how it all turned out. We are already talking about how we cannot wait to have our cake recreated for our first anniversary!

Frederick’s helped deliver a beautiful wedding cake for us. Not only was it delicious, they handled communication clearly, delivered on time, and set up our dessert table beautifully!
I grew up in the Southern NH area and we always went to Fredericks for our birthday and celebratory cakes. When it came to getting married, there was nowhere else I planned to use. Susie with Frederick’s pastries was awesome to work with. My husband and I live in VT, So we did most of our communicating via email aside from the cake tasting. I am Gluten-free and Susie was able to accommodate a Gluten-less top tier of the cake and the remaining of the cake was a gluten-based cake. We sent her our cake designs via email and it was a spitting-image of what was sent! Our wedding day was very humid almost 100 degrees in the middle of July and the cake stood tall, and was in perfect condition despite the heat and humidity!! It was delicious!
The cake was good, but certainly not worth the price! We got an 8” round cake for $49 but then they charged us $4 per frosting layer each layer was a different flavor making this small cake $61! It’s sad because my family has been coming here for years but these prices are getting ridiculous.

Go nowhere else! I've used this place for two very large custom cakes, and two very large custom gingerbread men. Not to mention delicious ready deserts. Not once have we been disappointed in both their baking or the staff. They always seem to exceed any expectations. If you can think it, they can bake it. Prices are very reasonable for such tasty treats and cakes. We will never try any other place and they are worth far more than what they charge. Amherst location
We booked Frederick's for our wedding cake and they did a fantastic job! The cake was delicious and looked amazing! We brought flowers from our florist and they did some arrangements on the cake with the flowers and it all looked fantastic! They were responsive, had our order ready on time, and had everything packaged up really securely which made transporting the cakes easy. We will absolutely use Frederick's next time we order a cake!

Went here for a cake testing a few months before our wedding. Hundreds of different styles you can choose from, and the different flavors were fantastic. This place definitely lives up to their reputation.
