Freedom Fitness Labs, LLC was created out of curiosity and frustration, I had recently found CrossFit and started out on a Paleo Diet adventure, I was starting to see results in my body but not on the scale. The scale wasn't budging but my waist size was, my clothes were getting bigger but I wasn't losing weight. I was frustrated and I wanted to know what I was really made of. In my research for a true body mass test I found the BOD POD. My goal for Freedom Fitness Labs is to help other people break free from the weight of a traditional scale and find their own way in this fitness world.
