I primarily order Erica's products online. Before using her products, I had very bad acne and Erica was the only person who actually knew how to fix it. She is a true healer and her skin care has quality ingredients that actually work. I've tried bigger name companies and besides their name, they didn't do much for me besides tap inside my wallet. Thank you  Erica for always being so thoughtful in my packaging and for promoting such great products!!!

Erica is amazing!! She listens to your concerns and will create a perfect skin care routine for you. She creates all her own products so you can trust what you are putting on your skin. My skin has improved significantly since I started treatment with Erica. I would absolutely recommend fresh faced to anyone looking to improve their skin health!

Erica was great with my son. We’ve tried dermatologists who did nothing but push pills & we wanted a more natural & holistic approach to treating his acne. He’s currently on her 3-step daily cleansing regimen with a few chemical peels planned designed to target the acne.

I became a fan of Erica's in 2017, after years and years of using other disappointing skincare products. Now, I'm loyally "fresh faced"! Fresh Faced Skin Care's products and services deliver on what they promise. Erica's customer service is second to none. She is an energetic and empowering entrepreneur that cares about the full person and provides a world-class experience.

Erica took the time to discuss my concerns with my skin, medical history, beauty routine, etc.  in order to select the best skin car options for me and my skin issues. The office was clean and very relaxing, Erica explained each step in the treatment process, from what the product was made of to what the product was going to do for my skin. Erica recommended products to purchase, but I was not never made to feel pressured to buy them. She gave step by step instructions on how to use the products and the amount to use. Overall I had a wonderful experience at Fresh Faced Skin Care and am looking forward to my next appointment in a few weeks.

This is an update to my original review. I would say it all again, and after over 1 1/2 years of seeing Erica, I would never consider going to anyone again! She is the BEST! She is always adding wonderful and highly effective product offerings, developing her own line of skin care and cosmetics, as well as scented soaps and candles!  I highly recommend Fresh Faced Skin Care to any woman who wants to see a significant improvement in the look of her skin!

Erica is amazing. She is the only person who has been able to control my skin. Not only is my skin clear but it looks moist and hydrated.  Her product line is amazing and so inexpensive.  I highly recommend Erica and Fresh Faced Skin Care.  Make an appointment for a consultation and facial and then refer a friend and receive $20.00 off your next visit.  What a great program.

I'm so glad I found Fresh Faced Skin Care! Erica Suppa is so gifted, knowledgeable, personable and wonderful!  I came to her with the hope to clear my adult acne, fade my sun spots and help with my oily skin. I have been to the dermatologist many times and had many facials. This has been a chronic problem since age 13, I'm 51 now.  No one helped me like Erica did!  I am enjoying a HUGE difference in my skin. Erica's monthly Custom Peel is what did it for me. My acne is gone and my sun spots are barely noticeable.. She provided me with wonderful products that are perfect for my skin.  I never, ever, ever go anywhere not even to the mailbox without makeup on. I went to run a quick errand the other day without makeup on! I haven't done that since I was 13 years old really!!  I highly recommend Erica!! She truly loves what she does. Such a blessing!

I am so grateful that my mother found Erica and encouraged me to see her. I had just about given up on professional treatment for my face! The money and time spent over countless years with very few results was discouraging to say the least especially since I couldn't get both my acne AND scarring under control, only one or the other. So, even though my mom raved about Erica and practically pushed me into an appointment, I wasn't optimistic. That changed VERY fast. I immediately felt like I was in good hands. Erica has a calming personality which does not over shadow the fact that she is extremely knowledgeable about her craft.  Not to mention that I saw results! After one visit! Now, my acne AND scarring are being managed. Together! Not only are the scars that have frustrated me most of my adult life fading, it's just in time for my November wedding. I'm thankful to Erica and of course, my mother for really making me feel confident and beautiful not only on my special day, but every day.
