Friendly Furniture has been in business serving the Franklin, Kentucky community and surrounding communities for over 50 years. We sell a wide variety of furniture at numerous price ranges. We have a large show room giving our customers a large selection of La-Z-Boy, Broyhill, Bassett, Ashley, Rowe, Largo, SteinWorld, Steve Silver, Corsiciana, Southerland and Jamison Bedding. Our store hours are 8:30 to 5:00 Monday through Friday, and on Saturday we are open from 9:30 to 4:00. We hope you'll come and visit with us, shop with us and ... be our friend!

Today I stopped into Friendly Furniture which had been recommended to me for great products, prices & customer service. Today I was disappointed on all points. First I was greeted by a sales person asking what I was looking for, I told her that I needed 2 small end tables and large item for my TV. I was walked to a very simple, cheap looking table & told "You can afford these, they are only $$$. I mentioned I preferred wood finish and storage. Well, she huffed & told me to look around. I found something I liked,asked if they had another one like it and was showed several options and the manager tried to get me to purchase a water damaged table but she would discount it for me. The entire bottom of the piece was damaged. I Told them I would think about it & left with a very negative feeling about the place. Don't recommend anyone giving them a chance.
I am very Happy with the Quality of Beds that were Purchased. I am also very Pleased with the Delivery Men that had to take them apart due to having a Small Apartment. They put them back together & set them up Quickly & Professionally. They were also very Polite. Will be doing more Business in the Future.
Would not recommend, prices are a bit higher than other stores, very pushy to the point it comes across as they are deciding what you buy. On top of a sales guy getting an attitude with a lady and then a elderly man who was having problems with THEIR machine reading the chip in his card. He politely asked of he could have some help with it, or them punch the numbers in manually. The guy got an attitude about it, and just went on about policy instead of even offering to help. Spend your money elsewhere, unless you enjoy having rude people pick out your furniture and telling you what you do and don't need/want.
Prices seemed high for what it was. Went in on a Friday afternoon and workers seemed annoyed I was there. A couple employees were lounging on furniture on their cell phones. No one was available for questions about ordering, etc. Definitely not a “friendly” experience.
Great selection and reasonable prices. They are very friendly and family owned. They are much better than going to one of the big furniture chain outlets and they don't bother you while you look around like the salesmen at the chain stores.
The service was outstanding and the associates were very friendly. Will definitely go back in the future.
Prices seemed unreasonably high. They wouldn't leave me alone to let me look around. Kept demanding to know what I was looking for.
Great price on furniture and accessories and there do delivery
Looked around for a few minutes someone offered help. When I explained more of my needs he pointed me to a lower priced item and gave me a discount.
People working there are very nice and friendly! Great service!
