The Woodlawn Library opened on November 11, 2006, replacing the old DMV with a beautiful new building, ready to serve the community.
The mission of the Friends of Woodlawn Library is to provide financial and volunteer support of the Woodlawn Library to ensure that the facility and its programs meet the needs of its diverse constituents and patrons.
Our primary goals are:
* To ensure that the capital needs of the building and grounds are supported, especially in the early years of the library.
* To support library programs that meet the needs of the local community.
