This is such a sweet little boutique! She has great pieces, good selection, and offered reasonable prices for my items she chose to purchase. The owner was friendly and nice to chat with. It's a lovely store and I'll definitely be back!
My favorite consignment store in Spokane! Great quality clothes from good brands for reasonable prices. Friendly staff. Love coming in here to browse and shop.
Way overpriced. I get that they’re trying to be high end and vintage and niche. But honestly you can find very similar stuff at Hut 8 or Plato’s for like 1/4 of the price if you’re looking for name brand, curated stuff.. I’m just baffled that someone is buying a USED cotton Gap top for $15-$18? Obviously used Levi’s for $30+? Idk. It’s an experience and it has great vibes. The employees are nice. There are some awesome one-of-a-kind pieces here that are worth the price, I just wouldn’t ever buy basics here. Fun for vintage/specialty, a racket for everything else. I, a self-proclaimed frugal fashionista, just can’t with the prices here. If you aren’t a cheapskate like me, you might be into it.
Fringe & Fray is absolutely one of my favorite places to shop in Spokane. They carry loads of name brand items like Frye Boots!! for great prices. The owners are always super friendly and kind, and clearly passionate about what they do. I would highly recommend checking this cute little shop out when you're on your next vintage spree :

This is my all-time favorite clothing consignment store in Spokane. I love love love it so much! They have good quality clothing, really good prices, and the employees/owners are very kind… Always!
The lady who helped me was extremely snooty and made me feel unwelcome and like I was wasting her time. She wouldn't make eye contact with me and while helping me she continued talking to other guests other people were available to help them and her co-workers. Horrible experience and will never go there again.
Love! Organized selection of clothes and jewelry. My style is fairly conservative but I can easily be swayed toward a pattern/print. Looking forward to my next visit.
Love this store.I have bought a variety of items--from furniture to shoes and have been happy with all my purchases. Great place to buy Christmas presents or gift certificates.Hope to shop here for many years to come!
