Both Dr. Frix & Jennings have been excellent - they are my PCP and have been responsive to my needs and the staff is always great.
Automated phone system needs to be disconnected until they can get the bugs out of it called over 10 times today hung up on once said someone would answer never did, all I need was referral to see a neurologist,had been going there 9 yrs Finally got person said have to see doctor to get referral ,had been seen on this health issue before

I appreciate how easy it is to be seen at the clinics especially the Henderson one. I did minus a star because bill communication is poor and payment arrangements are not always brought up before sent to collections. It would be 5 stars if all patients were gently questioned with compassion about payments owed and arrangements made to satisfaction. Preferable not in front of the entire waiting room but taken aside privately.
The staff up to the doctors are so respectful, friendly and helpful if you need some help or if you don’t understand something they will help in any possible situation even if they have to go ask the doctors the question to get the right answer.
Somewhere somehow something happened to these doctors because they are the worst doctors I have ever been to. Nothing but a pill mill destoying West Tennessee
