Dr. Alexander-Albert has been our pediatrician for our two boys for close to 10 years. She is always warm and kind in her professional care.
Dr. Albert is the pediatric doctor around. She has been my all 3 of my children's doctor the past 9 years.
I have been going to Dr Albert's office since my daughter was born and she is now 11 and has two 7 year old brothers and I have never had a bad experience. She is such a caring Doctor and she listens and she has a wonderful staff. I always recommend Dr . Albert when someone asks for a great pediatrician. Love love love them!!!
Dr. Albert has been pediatrician to all of my children and is now pediatrician to all of my grandchildren. Her knowledge and professionalism is unparalleled..... even as my family explored other living areas everyone ALWAYS travelled back to keep appointments with her. Here's to 2 generations of good practice, her skill is definitely to be respected. From one health professional to another, the are no other options for the care of our children!
Dr. Albert is one of the best pediatrician around. She has took very good care of all 3 of my boys when needed. I call the office with a question or concern someone always call me back in a timely manner. The staff is very professional and friendly. I would and have recommend any family to her.
If you need a pediatrician......SHE IS THE BEST!!! My son is 13 And has been seen by her since his birth and will continue until she can no longer see him. She loves her patients and their parents. Also if I had ANY PROBLEM or needed ANYTHING....SHE WAS THERE!!
The doctors and staff are great! They are very knowledgeable, caring and efficient. They make sure your child is immediately seen if sick and there is never a long wait. I cannot say enough about the doctors and staff!
I giving her 2 stars simply bc they was ok at first but now my baby is 4 months she been sick for about 2 months but it got worse she said it's normal. My baby been keeping a fever pulling at her ear and congested real bad. She said to keep giving her Salem drops and Tylenol. That wasn't working one of her assistants are plum rude I told her everything that was going on she acting like ok we bout to get her checked out she seems happy and fine to me. I said my baby always smile no matter how sick she is. So she go out before Dr. Albert comes in and tell her what I told her but go be tell Dr. Albert ain't nothing wrong with that baby she just fine to me she smiling in there . Smh so I take my baby to a new doctor yesterday guess what my baby have 2 infected ears and congestion i inflamed in her chest. She's also horse she can barely cry. I was so yesterday . I could really have something done about it because they lied and said nothing is wrong when there is smh.
At first I felt like she was a great doctor. Don't get me wrong, she is very pleasant. I do not like her nurse at all. She tries to play "doctor" as well. When my son was just a baby 1 1/2 He spit up a lot! I called the office several time to get an appointment and was NEVER able to. The only advice I was given was that it was "normal". At about 3 months, my son dealt with constipation for months. Every single time I called the office. It was oh give him apple juice. Didn't work. Then it was give him a laxative. Of course it worked but I didn't want to have to give him one every 2-3 days. I literally had to find another pediatrician to recommend something else. Then my son had an ear infection diagnosed by another pediatrician. I followed up with Dr. Albert after antibiotics was completed. I was told his ears were fine. A week and a half lasted my son had a wellness check up. I was told his ears were fine then too. The very NEXT day we ended up in the ER due to a temp of 102.4. And guess what? My son had a bad ear infection. In the midst of all of this, my son dealt with nasal congestion and shortness of breath for about 2-3 months. Dr Albert kept saying it was allergies, prescribed meds but nothing work. The congestion continued. Then my son started wheezing and breathing horribly. After an ER visit and a doctor visit by another pediatrician, my son was hospitalized for hypoxia! Btw, I can never get an appointment. She's always booked 6-8 weeks out. In the meantime, I've had to follow up with a gastroenterologist and ENT by calling myself!!
She cared for our daughter for 18 years. Every visit was a joy and she gives nothing less than excellent care. On her last visit my daughter cried because she received so much love and care from Dr. Albert.
