Dr. Zikos is an excellent listener. My blood pressure is always high because of my 45 minutes of travel time on I-94. She follows the rules and takes my blood pressure twice during our visit. FYI - I arrived home after lunch at Subway, shopping at Kohl's, and getting books from the bookmobile. When I relaxed for an hour, my blood pressure was 118/66/68. Thank you, Dr. Zikos. You're the GREATEST!

So normally I don’t fill these out. And the Doctors here are awesome. But the reception here is absolutely awful. Idk if the hate themselves or working here or just don’t like there jobs, but the last thing the care about is you when you call. You could be dying on the phone and they will tell you would you like an appointment in two weeks. No common sense, no respect besides what ever they feel. The mask thing is beyond dumb, I got yelled out for not using there specific mask like I’m An adolescent child. But if you call them 3 or 4 times and tell them you need to speak to your doctor, they might pass the message on. I call them the resistance, because they try to find every way to resist you anyway the can. It’s really messed up.

If you have medicaid your chances of receiving the care you need through facility are slim to none. This healthcare system abuses patients rights and censors their doctor surveys in order to make their work look better than it is. If you have a problem with them when they are ignoring your requests they will tell you to go elsewhere which insurance will likely not cover after having seen them. They are trying to destroy government healthcare in the most underhanded manner. They are making people sick.

Front of desk ladies were sweet but the nurse who took my blood was not pleasant at all! She was rude from beginning to when I left! Didn’t smile and wasn’t cheerful one bit!

Dr. Zikos and staff are wonderful as usual! I was very impressed with this sign posted in the waiting room.

Dr. Romashko is AMAZING!!!! He so funny and down to earth. We were blessed to have such a wonderful surgeon. Thanks Dr Romashko you and your team are the best!!!!

My experience has been terrible. The Dr is good, and a cple shining stars that have been helpful. But so many negative moments make me seriously wish I had never ever ever ever gone to Froedterdt. I never imagined...

Don’t schedule an appointment to get a Covid test here! The number to call when you arrive doesn’t even go through to anyone so you are just left sitting in your car wondering how many times you should try before you eventually leave. And that’s WITH an appointment!!
